Bids for monocrystalline modules for Gujarat State Electricity Corporation’s 42.53 MW solar project at the Raghanesda Solar Park were recently invited by BHEL. The winning bidder must give a ten-year warranty on solar modules with a peak production capacity of not less than 90% after ten years and not less than 80% after 25 years. Solar modules should have a deterioration rate of no more than 2.5 percent.
