Lucknow Development Authority
In the last quarter of CY2022, the Lucknow Development Authority plans to launch the affordable housing project on Mahona Road. The Mohan Road scheme will come up on on 668 acres of land obtained from Pyarepur and Kalia Kheda villages. Aside from that, the village society will reclaim 115 acres of land. EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (lower income group) buildings/plots will be built and created as part of the project. The scheme’s initial phase will be released soon. Based on the thorough project study, a private real estate developer was asked to make a proposal for the project.
