Godrej Capital
Godrej Industries has allocated Rs 1,500 crore to Godrej Capital, its financial services subsidiary, to focus on disbursing housing loans and loan against property. By 2026, the company intends to have a loan portfolio worth Rs 30,000 crore. Godrej Capital may require Rs 5000 crore in equity investment by 2026. The Godrej Capital has offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, and Pune at the moment. They intend to open offices in Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Indore, and Surat, among other locations.
