Omaxe
Varde Partners, a renowned worldwide alternative investment firm, has invested Rs 440 crore in Omaxe. The funds will be used by Omaxe to speed up the building and delivery of the company’s projects, as well as for expansion. In New Chandigarh, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Indore, and Faridabad, the Omaxe Group is building integrated townships. It is also working with North Delhi Municipal Corporation on a multilevel parking/commercial project in Chandni Chowk, Delhi, that is expected to be completed this fiscal. Until December 2021, the Group has delivered about 127.89 million square feet in real estate and building contracting.
