The Anandpur Sahib Foundation is going ahead with its plan to setup a 1 MW rooftop solar project using mono passivated emitter and rear cell (PERC) modules with back-contact technology at Virasat-e-Khalsa at Anandpur Sahib, Punjab. The project is envisaged in six months. The bids were recently invited in this regard. The successful bidder will also have to operate and maintain the plant for five years after installation.
