Real estate company Eldeco Group has recentlyt raised INR 275 crore in debt from Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. Eldeco will deploy the raised capital in its two mid-income residential projects in NCR where it has already invested Rs 175 crore so far. These projects are coming up in Sohna and Noida.
