DNR Group and Hines, an international real estate firm, will invest approximately Rs 650 crore spread across three years to develop a commercial project in Bengaluru. In this regard, the construction of DNR Altitude project has started recently. The project is located on a 4-acre commercial site in Yeshwanthpur. The project will have 1 million sq ft of built-up area, with grade-A quality 20-storey office tower with accompanying amenity spaces.The completion is targeted by end of 2024.
