The preparatory works for the Patna metro rail project is progressing well. The land acquisition process is on with regard to the construction of ISBT metro station and Patna metro rail depot in Ranipur and hilly areas. The Bihar Government has sanctioned about Rs 1,000 crore to the district administration in this regard. The land acquisition process is likely to complete by February 2022.
