IOCL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IDCO to develop a plastic park at Paradip in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha. As per the MoU, Indian Oil has announced a special strategic incentive scheme in order to attract investments in downstream polymer industries at Paradeep Plastic Park. The Plastic Park spread over 120 acre of land.
