GTDC is implementing the construction of a mini-convention centre and development of Rua De Ourem creek at Patto-Panaji. The project is coming up under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme. The new mini convention centre will have Goa’s largest auditorium with a capacity of 1300 seats. The convention centre structure comprises of lower ground, ground floor, first floor, and second floor with a total built-up area of 13,965 square metre. Venkata Rao Infra Projects Private Limited are the project contractors while Fourth Dimension Architects Private Limited are the project consultants. The completion is targeted by December 2021.
