Adani Pench Power Limited (APPL), a fully owned subsidiary of Adani Power Ltd is planning to set up a 1320 MW (2×660 MW) Coal based Supercritical Thermal Power Project near Chausara village in Chaurai and Chhindwara Tehsil, District-Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. Adani Power has recently received an approval from the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission in this regard. The power purchase agreement (PPA) is already signed with MP Power Management Company (MPPMCL).
