Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited | The smart city SPV plans to undertake upgradation of Public Health Centers (PHCS) in Rajaji Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram. The project aims to improve the existing conditions of the PHCs by upgrading the physical infrastructure by demolishing the existing PHC (of area 150.4 Sqm), providing them with new building with required furniture, amenities and facilities. The proposed building includes UPHC and Anganwadi together. The building will be facilitating a UPHC & Anganwadi with an area of 429.38 Sq.m. (231.34 GF + 166.80 FF + 31.24 TF). The completion is targeted in 12 months. Request for Proposal (RFP) for Selection of Contractor was recently invited in this regard.
