A webinar was conducted by various real estate regulatory authorities across the country recently to mark the successful implementation of RERA in the last three years. The webinar was attended by Hardeep Singh Puri, Union minister for housing and urban affairs. Many of the Real estate developers have demanded an additional one year to finish and deliver the housing units to homebuyers in place of six months granted by the regulator in the wake of Covid-19 lockdown.
