To increase India’s footprint in aviation, the government has begun laying the groundwork for domestic passenger aircraft production. As the facilities for aerospace manufacturing will need significant area for assembly lines, aeroplane parts, ancillary units, and other storage requirements, the ministry of civil aviation is anticipated to find viable sites with availability of massive land parcels.
