Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA)
GEDA has recently invited bids to set up a 2,000 kg/HR biomass briquetting project at Saligao, Bardez in Goa on a design, build, operate, finance, and transfer basis for ten years. The briquettes can be used as a substitute for fossil fuels like coal or oil. The briquetting project will be based on tree waste, tender coconut waste, and coconut leaves waste in Goa. The last date to submit the bids online is January 25, 2021.
