Construction of Seawall at Arichalmunai Roundana in Km 192/700, widening the approaches of the Pamban Bridge in Km 156/500 157/277 and 159/622 160/0, widening in Km 169/0 – 170/0 & 188/2 – 192/700, construction of drain in Km 171/6 – 172/8 and providing wayside amenities in Km 166/0 – 192/7 (Near Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam National Memorial, Rameswaram and Dhanushkodi) in New NH 87 (Old NH No.49) on EPC mode. The completion is targeted in 15 months. Bids were invited in July 2020.
