Finland-based Salcomp develops and manufactures adapters for mobile phones and is a key supplier for Apple. The company has already acquired major portion of Nokia’s facility at Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. Salcomp plans to invest Rs.1300 crore in the state of Tamil Nadu and likely to commence operations soon.
