ORIGINS by Mahindra World City Chennai is a joint venture between Mahindra World City Developers Ltd. and Sumitomo Corporation, Japan. The Industrial Park is located on NH 16 on the Chennai – Kolkata Highway (part of the Golden Quadrilateral). It will be spread over a total area of ~ 600 acre when completed, and the 1st phase of development will cover more than 300 acre. Mahindra Origins has commissioned an investment of Rs. 46 crore in the state of Tamil Nadu.
