The civic body plans to build a three-storey isolation ward at Kasturba Gandhi Hospital. The pre-engineered building (PEB) technique will be used to construct isolation ward with a capacity of 60 beds. Kinjal Civil Con LLP is the lowest bidder for the project. The contract is yet to be awarded. The completion is targeted in 3 months.
