NRL is implementing its refinery expansion project located in Numaligarh in northeastern India. The refining capacity will be expanded from 3 million tonne to 9 million tonne. The project is expected to be completed by 2024. The contract is awarded to thyssenkrupp whose scope of work includes engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services.
